This package includes

  • 2 x 3 hour Face to Face Planning Appointments
    • One to go through everything you have booked, anything you haven’t and all other elements of the day
    • One 4 weeks before hand to create the run sheet and go through every detail of the day.
  • Liaising with the Venue to complete the final details paperwork so the info is done for you – all you have to do is choose the menu
  • Liaising with all Suppliers from 4 weeks out of the wedding so you have time to relax
  • Our Essential Template Files – Including; Payment Planner, Budgets, Checklists, Guest Lists, Music help and More
  • Development & Distributions of the FULL Wedding Day Schedule
  • Unlimited Phone and Email Advice – I am here for you every step of the way
  • Rehearsal Co-ordination 
  • 17 hours Full Co-ordination from Morning till night-Directing the entire wedding- ensuring all deliveries are in order, everything is set up and in perfect place as well keeping a time check to ensure all elements of the day are running smoothly. I will also pack down everything at the end of the evening finishing off the perfect day.
  • Assistant co-ordinator on the wedding day
  • An extensive styling appointment at the venue. We walk through the grounds going through every area and how we will style it.
  • An Extra Planning appointment with the florist – Either one you already have in mind or with our recommended florists.
  • Styling collaboration emails – we go back and forth with ideas until we find the perfect pieces for your wedding.
  • Debriefing of Styling Appointment including a list of all possible items to be used for styling
  • Styling Templates – To help keep everything in order including what items will go where at the venues, Packing lists and more
  • Organizations of all hire items – Including gathering quotes, Invoices and Logistics
  • Styling breakdown sheet Including costing for all items
  • Pick up / drop off any items
